Do you have a kid who is a picky eater who has a difficult time fitting healthy food into their diet? Cooking a "good kids" recipe can not only be delicious, but nutritional as well. A "good kids" recipe adds something nutritional to their plate. Add foods that contain fiber (such as beans, vegetables, fruits and whole grains), lean proteins and healthy fats. By adding foods that contain these three components, your child can feel fuller, for a longer period of time.
