Makes40 Truffles
Ingredients:

½ cup + 2 tbsp honey peanut butter

½ cup + 2 tbsp part-skim ricotta cheese

1 tbsp + 2 tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (i.e. Torani or Starbucks)

2 packets of Truvia, or more to taste (or any no-calorie sweetener)

1 scoop Syntha-6 Chocolate Peanut Butter protein powder

2 scoops Lean Dessert Chocolate Fudge protein powder

Choice of coating, optional (coconut flakes, cocoa powder, minced toasted walnuts, etc)
Directions:

Stir the peanut butter, ricotta cheese, sugar-free syrup, and sweetener until blended well.

Gradually add the protein powders, and continue stirring until evenly mixed.

Using a tablespoon, mold into balls, and place onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Place desired coating in a small bowl, and coat truffles one at a time.
