Ingredients
- 4.25 pounds (68 ounces) low-fat, plain Fage Greek yogurt with lemon extract
- 17 tsp fresh lime juice
- 17 tsp lime zest
- 7-8 cups pineapple chunks
- 7-8 cups strawberries
- 17 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 8 ½ bananas, cut into ½ inch chunks
- 4-5 cups red grapes
- 68 wooden skewers
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, limejuice, and zest.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Thread 1 of each fruit onto the skewers
