Ingredients
- 4 cups or 1 medium head of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- ¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T cilantro
- 4 T soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- In large mixing bowl blend all ingredients together and place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
